Day 0 — Surgery & Recovery

Your Compression Garment
The compression garment is the single most important factor in your recovery. It controls swelling, supports the new contour, and prevents fluid accumulation.
Weeks 1–4 — Full Time
Wear 24 hours/day, removing briefly for gentle washing. Critical for shaping.
Weeks 5–6 — Daytime Only
Transition to 12 hours/day. Continue during physical activity.
After Week 6 — As Needed
Optional during exercise or if minor swelling after activity.

Proper Fit Matters
